The
registration form can be completed
on your computer and emailed directly to Weekly Warning. After
filling out the form hit the "submit registration"
button below the form. The registration form can also be printed
and mailed to:

Upon
our receipt of your registration form, we will send you a
letter of confirmation. Please check the information on the
confirmation letter for accuracy. You will also receive a
change of address form to be used if the Email or mailing
address of the recipient changes during the duration of the
program. An invoice will be sent along with the confirmation
letter. Payment can be made by check or money order.
