Weekly Warning offers several options to make the messages as relevant as possible to the tobacco user in your life. All of the options are selected on the registration form during your completion of the registration form.

Smoking Program or Smokeless Tobacco Program
These are the two basic program options. Whether you are having messages sent to a smoker or to a smokeless tobacco user - the messages in both programs are equally alarming and provocative.

Adult or Juvenile
Messages in the Juvenile program are tailored to young smokers or smokeless tobacco users. The information that will affect an adult is often different than a message that would capture the attention of a young teenager. Our aim is to stop a short-term habit from becoming a lifelong addiction.

Sent with your name attached or sent anonymously
You might want the tobacco user in your life to receive Weekly Warning messages but you might not want them to know that you are the one who asked to have them sent. If so, choose the Sent Anonymously option on the registration form. With this option each message will begin like the example below:

To: Christina
From: Anonymous

If you choose to have the messages sent anonymously. We will never reveal your identity to the recipient or to anyone else.

If you choose to have the Weekly Warning messages sent with your name attached, each message will begin like the example below:

To: Christina
From: John Smith (or Your Caring Husband, Uncle Bob, Your future daughter, or anything you care to enter in the "From" box on the registration form.)

U.S. Mail or Email
